GroundDog Day
Posted on February 4th, 2010 6 commentsI heard Mommy say that Tuesday was GroundDog Day. I’m just a little dog with no tail, so I can’t spells prognosticator, but I did go outside to see if I could makes a shadow. I’m not sure how to makes a shadow, I usually just see them around, but I tried pulling on the bush to see if a shadow would come out.
Nothing happened.
That means that the cold apoxylips is about to end right? Or was it my earthworms that were supposed to make shadows? I thinks they are still sleeping? And Mommy said something about a hog too, but I don’t know what pigs would have to do with it.
I’m so confuzled!

Earthworms in Winter
Posted on January 12th, 2010 4 commentsI decided that I should check on my earthworm farms to be sure that the worms were still sleeping. The snow was deep, so I did some redognizance to carefully plan my route.
Then I dogplowed a new path to the farms.
I verified that the earthworms still had their hay look at that! blankets. See the failed Brussels Sprouts? I think mommy failed, not them.
Then I ran back as fast I could through the snow!
Because Mommy called, and that means there are boney chewy treats waiting for me!

Snow Playtime
Posted on December 31st, 2009 3 commentsI hate to admits it, but I kind of like the apoxylips. I dig for the sticks that the trees gave me.
And rescue them from the cold apoxylips snow
They are kind of awkward to carry though. I wish the trees would leave me smaller sticks!
Just for good measure I also do some jumps on the Molly

All About Worm Grunting (With no Tail)
Posted on December 23rd, 2009 2 commentsI saw on twitter that worm grunting is a super hot topic right now! Apparently some TV guy with a dirty job talked about it and now everyone wants to know about worm grunting! So I made this bonus post to tell you that I am a worm grunting little dog with no tail!
Here is a bit about worm grunting:
Worm grunting also known as “worm charming” or “worm fiddling” are methods of attracting worms from the ground. This is done usually to collect worms as bait for fishing.
From: US Post Today
Here I am checking on one of my very own earthworm farms. Mommy grows vegetables in there to help feed my worms:
When I worm grunt, I use my nose to nudge the worms from the ground. I would give you specific instructions but I’m a bit of a secretive little dog with no tail and I don’t want to share my earthworms. Not that it matters much because they are asleep for the winter right now anyway.
