I have lots of chipmunk friends. They likes to play hides and go seeks with me. Here I am looking for a chipmunk friend in the hot pepper plant. Later in the year I might taste test that plant. The Molly says I won’t like it, but what does she know?
The chipmunk friend wasn’t in there, but here he is sitting on the garden hose.
The chipmunk friends like to live in holes under the house. Mommy and Daddy don’t like them much, but I do! I wonder if they would like it if I made their house doors bigger. I bet I could be a real good digger!
I gots little ground squirrel friends! Sometimes I catch one and bring it to Mommy & Daddy! I tried to make some of their doors bigger, too, so I could go in and play with them, but Mommy yells at me when I do that.

Those chipmunks are cuter than tree rats for sure, but I think they might be just as annoying as the squirrels.

I had a chipmunk friend once. He used to come and sit on the front step and talk to me when I was out there. I know why your Mommy and Daddy don’t like them but they can be fun to talk to.
